Who are your best customers?
This was a question I was asked a few years ago in my local business group. That’s easy to answer “The property management company who has spent over £1 million with us over the last few years”
“WRONG!”
“Your best customers are the ones who take the time to leave you a review and who trust your company enough to recommend you to their friends and family.”
They were exactly right. Recommendations make a huge difference to small family businesses like ours.
We have a lot of recommendations every year, the worst part for me was that I had no idea who are best customers were, and that I didn’t even say thank you.
We wanted to do more than just say thank you and that is when we found an amazing local charity.
Wishes 4 Kids, is a Leicester-based charity that grants wishes for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions, serious illness, or traumatic experiences.
Every month, we make a donation to Wishes 4 Kids as a small way of giving back – and it’s thanks to our customers that we’re able to do this.
For every customer who recommends us or takes the time to leave a review, we believe in paying that kindness forward turning their support into something that truly matters.
