We like to keep things honest and straightforward. Here's how we work:

  • Getting a Quote: Asking for a quote doesn’t mean you’ve placed an order. Your order starts when we’ve agreed on everything and received your deposit.
  • Custom Made: Every blind we make is tailor-fit to your windows. Once production begins, changes or cancellations usually aren’t possible.
  • Pricing: We don’t play pricing games. No haggling, no hidden extras just our best price upfront.
  • Payments: Your deposit locks in your order. The remaining balance is due on installation day.
  • Fitting: We’ll agree a date and keep you in the loop. Need to reschedule? Just give us 48 hours’ notice.
  • Guarantee: Every blind comes with our 2 Year Guarantee, with Shutters and Awnings having 5 Years covering product quality, and installation.
  • Standards: We follow BBSA guidelines and we’re a Which? Trusted Trader meaning you’re in safe hands.
  • Privacy: Your data is safe with us. We only use it in line with our Privacy Policy.

    2. Using Our Website

    We work hard to keep everything on our site accurate and up-to-date — but sometimes the odd mistake can slip through. If you spot one, let us know!
    Please don’t copy or reuse our site content or photos without permission.

    3. Online or Telephone Enquiries & Quotes

    Filling in an enquiry or quote form doesn’t start an order.
    Quotes are based on the details you give us. If those change like measurements or fabric choice the price might change too.
    Orders are only confirmed once:
    1. We’ve visited your property
    2. Agreed all the final details
    3. Received your deposit

    4. Orders & Products

    All our blinds are made-to-measure. That means:

  • Once we’ve started making them, we can’t usually cancel or refund the order.
  • Production begins after your deposit is received.

  • We’ll always give you a realistic lead time based on the product and fabric you choose.

    5. Pricing & Payment

  • You get our best price from the start. No sales gimmicks.
  • A deposit confirms your order. We will never ask for full payment up front.
  • The remaining balance is due when your blinds have been installed and not before.

  • If you want to change or cancel an order before production begins, we’ll do our best to help just reach out quickly.

    6. Delivery & Installation

  • We’ll agree a fitting date with you as soon as your blinds are ready to be installed and keep you updated.
  • If something changes on our side, we’ll let you know as early as possible.
  • If you need to move your fitting date, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Important: Please make sure there’s safe, clear access to your windows on the day of fitting.

    7. Guarantees & Aftercare

    Every blind comes with our Triple Guarantee:

  • 1. Product Guarantee – We stand by the quality of our blinds.
  • 2. Fitting Guarantee – Our team installs everything to a professional standard.
  • 3. Price Guarantee – You’ll never find hidden extras or surprise fees.


  • All blinds come with a full 2 year on site guarantee, with Shutters and Awnings having a full 5 year on site guarantee.

    Once a customer, always a customer so we do not walk away from our blinds even after the guarantee. We charge a £35.00 callout fee which includes travelling and 30 minutes on site. Our Vertical and Roller Blinds can be returned by you to our factory and be fixed Free of Charge (excludes motorised blinds and curved vertical rails)

    We follow BBSA standards and we’re proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader.

    8. Liability

    We’re responsible for the work we do but we can’t cover:

  • Indirect losses like missed business opportunities
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or any work done by someone else
  • 9. Privacy & Data

    We only use your personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your information.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted here.
